In Australia, our industry finds itself in an energy sweet spot—surrounded by abundant natural gas resources, the cleanest of the fossil fuels, and on the doorstep of the world’s biggest and fastest growing market: the Asia Pacific region. Projects such as the Chevron-operated Gorgon and Wheatstone natural gas developments in Western Australia are helping drive the new energy economy, creating thousands of jobs and fuelling growth and prosperity for Australia.
